Delivery
How does delivery work?
Your order is manufactured in Europe and shipped from our distribution centre in Poland. For the Netherlands, that means:
- Lead time: 6-12 weeks (depending on model and configuration)
- Shipping time: approximately 5-10 business days once dispatched
- Delivery: by specialist furniture transport
We'll keep you updated via email and SMS at every step: order received, in production, shipped, and delivery appointment.
What does shipping cost?

What's included in standard delivery?
- Delivery to ground floor or first floor
- Maximum 1 flight of stairs or 25 metre carry
- 3-hour time slot, confirmed at least 3 days in advance
- Unpacking and basic assembly
Note: please keep the original packaging for potential returns.
Cinema seat installation
For cinema seating, we offer a more comprehensive installation service:
- Delivery up to 3 flights of stairs or 50 metre carry
- Connecting seats in the correct configuration
- Mounting backrests
- Wiring and testing
- Packaging removal
- Morning or afternoon time slot
Installation costs are calculated at checkout based on your configuration.
Difficult access?
Steep Amsterdam stairs? No problem. We offer a White Glove service for tricky situations:
- Multiple flights of stairs
- Narrow passages
- Hoisting if required

Where's my order?
You can track your order via your account. Status updates automatically:
- Processing — order received, production started
- In production — being manufactured (3-6 weeks)
- Ready to ship — on its way to our distribution centre
- Shipped — in transit to the Netherlands
- Delivery appointment — we'll contact you to arrange delivery

Our warranty
We give you more warranty than legally required. Here's what you get:

What's covered?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults. In the first year, we arrange free transport for workshop repairs.
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or accidents
- Discolouration from sunlight
- Modifications without our approval
Need spare parts?
Something fall outside warranty? We supply spare parts at cost price plus shipping. Get in touch for a quote.
Payment security
- All payments via 256-bit encryption
- iDEAL, credit card, bank transfer
- We don't store credit card details
Returns
14-day cooling-off period
Not satisfied? You have 14 days after delivery to return your order. That's your legal right and our promise.
How it works:
- Notify us within 14 days via email or phone
- Make sure the product is in original condition and packaging
- We arrange collection (costs depend on situation)
- After receipt and inspection: refund within 14 days
Conditions
- Product must be unused and undamaged
- Original packaging required
- You receive a full refund of the purchase price
- Return shipping is at your expense (unless the product is defective)
Received a defective product?
That shouldn't happen, but if it does:
- Report it immediately to the delivery team
- Or contact us within 48 hours
- We'll arrange free replacement or repair
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I modify my order after placing it? Within 48 hours of ordering, we can often still make changes. After that, production has started and modifications aren't possible.
Do you deliver to Belgium? Yes, we deliver throughout Belgium. Shipping costs are similar to the Netherlands.
Do I need to be home for delivery? Yes, someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign for receipt.
Can I change the delivery date? Up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, you can reschedule free of charge. Contact our customer service.
How do I know if the seats will fit through my door? All products are delivered in parts and fit through a standard doorway of 70 cm. Assembly takes place in the room itself.
